It is an easy option for you to use money for urgent needs without breaking your deposits. uab bank provides you a term loan or overdraft against your deposits with the bank to meet your urgent and unforeseen personal expenses.
- Up to 95% of the deposit amount, if pledged deposit is in MMK
- Up to 80% of deposits if pledged deposit is in USD / other foreign currencies
All type of customers, who is the owner of the Fixed Deposit / CASA are eligible for this loan facility. If the borrower is not the owner of the Fixed Deposit / CASA account, loan can be considered, if the owner of the deposit / CASA account guarantee the loan and pledge Fixed Deposit / CASA by signing required documents.
Fixed Deposit or CASA Account earmarked for repayment of the loan.
