Job Descriptions
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, screen and direct calls to appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to callers and visitors.
  • Receive and sort mail and packages and direct them to the respective recipients.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Keep records of visitor logs, call logs, and other relevant information.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent. (No prior experience is required)
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in a professional setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Customer-centric attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
