The Relationship Manager is responsible for driving sales and achieving the sales target for the assigned bank branches.


Sales Planning & Activities

      • Promote, introduce and market life & general insurance products to Bank’s customers
      • Plan and strategies sales activities
      • Participate in roadshows/campaigns

Sales Management

      • Drive sales and achieve targets through the bank branches
      • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationship and for referrals
      • Develop clientele networking list and records of existing Bank’s customer and NTB customer
      • Spearhead all lead generation initiatives from the Bank – whether through walk-in, data-mining, referrals, and others
      • Work closely with Branch Manager and Branch Sales on sales activities, promotion and campaigns
      • Compliance to Bank’s policy, procedures and observe sales code of ethics

Staff Management

      • Provide guidance and motivate staff on prospecting to sales techniques & coach them for peak performance
      • Engage the branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance, JV Company’s product offerings and understand their issues/ concerns about selling insurance (if any)
      • Periodic briefing and update on promotions, campaigns and products to staff
      • Tracking of Daily Activities Report
      • Ensure no-zero branches performance by product


    • Minimum 3 – 5 years sales experience, preferably in insurance and banking products
    • Sales and results oriented
    • Able to work independently and self-driven
    • Good interpersonal and relationship building skill
    • Good verbal and written communication skill (Burmese & English)
    • Possess a valid insurance license (life & general) is desirable.
