We are pleased to share the successful completion of our 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on the 3rd of July 2023

At uab bank, we believe in the importance of good corporate governance, and this year’s AGM was a continuing testament to our commitment to transparency and accountability.

During the meeting, an overview of the bank’s financial performance and strategic initiatives over the past year was reviewed. The External Auditor also presented their report on the Audited Financial Statement. The AGM provided an open platform for our shareholders and other stakeholders to engage and there was opportunity to voice thoughts, ask questions, and provide valuable feedback.

The Shareholders voiced satisfaction at the financial performance of the Bank which showcased robust growth and steady profitability, thanks to the dedication and expertise of our Board members, Management, employees and the unwavering trust of our Customers.
