Job Descriptions
- To serve as the primary technical point of contact for users during their implementation.
- To work with users to understand their business needs and objectives and map them to system capabilities.
- To configure system to meet user-specific requirements.
- To write custom code when needed to extend system functionality.
- To perform data migration.
- To train users on how to use system.
- To provide Tier 2 support during the go-live phase.
- To monitor user usage and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- To conduct post-implementation reviews to document lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (Welcome fresh graduates).
- 1+ years professional experience in software development or implementation engineering
- Experience with at least one major programming language and Framework (Java, .Net, Python, Odoo Framework, etc.)
- Experience with relational databases
- Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures
- Problem-solving skills
- Creative thinking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
