Job Summary
- Coordinating with representatives to design, launch and implement new initiatives
- Working closely with Branches and sales teams to create solutions for customers
- Collecting required information for product development and enhancement
Detail Duties and Responsibilities
- Collecting required information for product development and enhancement
- Monitoring performance of existing products
- Working closely with Branches and sales teams to develop new products and manage existing products to meet bank’s objectives, and to create solutions for customers
- Coordinating with representatives from IT, operations, legal, compliance, marketing, business, finance to design, launch and implement new initiatives
- Tracking performance and developing key performance indicators
- Analyzing financial information and providing accurate and timely financial reports
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Performing Ad hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor
- Working with external partners to launch and market deposit products effectively
Job specification
- Bachelor’s degree (Prefer Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Information Systems)
- Knowledge of accounting is desired
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical ability and aptitude for problem solving
- Good Command over English is required
- Ability to prioritize and work well under deadline pressure
- Willingness to learn and work in a challenging environment.
