Job Summary
  • Coordinating with representatives to design, launch and implement new initiatives
  • Working closely with Branches and sales teams to create solutions for customers
  • Collecting required information for product development and enhancement
Detail Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collecting required information for product development and enhancement
  • Monitoring performance of existing products
  • Working closely with Branches and sales teams to develop new products and manage existing products to meet bank’s objectives, and to create solutions for customers
  • Coordinating with representatives from IT, operations, legal, compliance, marketing, business, finance to design, launch and implement new initiatives
  • Tracking performance and developing key performance indicators
  • Analyzing financial information and providing accurate and timely financial reports
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
  • Performing Ad hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor
  • Working with external partners to launch and market deposit products effectively
Job specification
  • Bachelor’s degree (Prefer Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Information Systems)
  • Knowledge of accounting is desired
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical ability and aptitude for problem solving
  • Good Command over English is required
  • Ability to prioritize and work well under deadline pressure
  • Willingness to learn and work in a challenging environment.
