Continuous Learning – Directors Training and Orientation
As part of our continuous learning, Directors Training and Orientation was held on 25th and 26th Jan 2022 to orientate our new Directors with the structures and policies of the Bank. The Bank recognises that continuous learning for Directors is relevant to meet the challenges in a changing world and enables them to understand and perform their Bank oversight duties effectively.
Continuous learning is a process that we encourage for all uabians – from the lowest level of the Bank up to our Board room.
We thank the Board members and Heads of Departments for participating in the sessions.
