Pwint Thit Sa Report
Yangon, 6th May 2019– United Amara Bank Limited (uab bank) announced that on the latest 2019 Pwint Thit Sa Report (Transparency in Myanmar Enterprises), it was ranked 1st for Corporate Governance and received the 5th highest overall score for Transparency Reporting.
This year’s Pwint Thit Sa report is the 5th report undertaken by Yangon-based Myanmar Centre for Responsible Business in partnership with the consulting firm, Yever. The 2019 report widely used the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard and other assessment criteria to assess disclosure of corporate governance by large companies.
