Yangon, 16th September 2020 – uab bank wish to announce the temporary closure of its Kyaut Sit Tan Branch in Mandalay due a COVID-19 positive finding on one of its employees on 16th September 2020. The concerned employee was on duty at the branch up to 11th September 2020 before going into a “work from home” routine the next day.
Customers of Kyaut Sit Tan Branch, Mandalay who require service or access to their bank accounts may do so at any uab bank branch. In Mandalay, uab bank has a wide coverage of 16 branches and any of them are available to service you. Please enquire from any of our branches if you require service.
Further, our ATMs, Internet Banking and Mobile Banking services continue to be available on a 24-hour basis for all Customers.

Once this pandemic started in March 2020, uab bank activated its Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and formed a Crisis Control Unit (CCU). With this 2nd wave of pandemic, the CCU continues to monitor and evaluate the situation very closely and ensures that the health and safety issues at the Bank is being taken care of.
