Celebrating 9th anniversary with the less fortunate - 'Be The Change Myanmar'
As part of uab ဘဏ်အနေဖြင့်‘s 9th anniversary celebration, uabians spent their morning on 17th August 2019 with programmes at 2 homes for the visually impaired.
Team 1 – was at Yangon Education Centre for the Blind at Khawel Chan
Team 2 – was at Kyee Myin Daing Blind School
At these centres, the volunteers spent their time with the children and contributed cash together with a lunch donation.
The event at the homes is part of uab bank‘s ‘Be The Change Myanmar‘ program which encourages partnership between the bank, uabians and community partners in coming together to make a difference.
