- Privilege is valid for payments made by uab Visa cards.
- Within 64 days after check-out, the cash back will be credited to either the uab Visa Cardholder’s Visa Card used to make the reservation or uab Visa Cardholder’s Booking Wallet (as applicable), unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, or the points back will be credited to the uab Visa Cardholder’s Booking Wallet (as applicable).
- The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, unless specified.
- The Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- uab Visa Cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions of Visa and Booking.com. In case of dispute arising from the terms and conditions of Visa or Booking.com, the decision of Visa or Booking.com (as the case may be) shall be final. Visa and/or Booking.com reserve the right to revise or modify its terms and conditions under this Agreement with agreement to such revision or modification by both parties in writing, without requiring the consent of any Visa Cardholders.
- The Offers are provided by Booking.com. Neither Visa nor its Affiliates accept liability for the quality of goods and services provided by Booking.com or the participating Accommodations, or for any nonavailability of the Offers.
- Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement or attempted procurement by uab Visa Cardholder of any goods and/or services under the Program shall be settled by the uab Visa Cardholder directly with Booking.com.
- Cancellation or change to the bookings at any of the Accommodations has to be made via the Booking.com website and restricted by the terms and conditions of the related Accommodations.
