Waso Robe Offering: uab bank family Donates Waso Robes in Heartfelt Ceremony

uab bank organized the Waso Robe Offering Ceremony on July 25, 2024, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to community engagement and cultural preservation.
At the ceremony, the uab bank family, including executives and staff, observed the Five Precepts from Sayadaw, while members of the Sangha recited paritta. Following this, uab bank offered Waso robes and other offerings to the monks, listened to religious sermons, and shared the merits gained.
After the ceremony, the uab bank family provided a day meal to the Sayadaw and members of the Sangha. This profound and meaningful occasion reflects uab bank’s dedication to upholding and honoring Myanmar’s rich traditions and religious practices.
The donation of Waso robes, which holds significant cultural and religious importance during the Waso month, underscores the bank’s mission to support and give back to the community.
We invite everyone to join us in saying “Sadhu” to acknowledge and celebrate this auspicious event.
