2022 Pwint Thit Sa Report - uab bank emerges top ranked
We are pleased to inform that uab bank Limited was ranked 1st amongst Myanmar banks in the 2022 Pwint Thit Sa Report (also known as Transparency in Myanmar Enterprises (TiME) Report). There were 31 banks that were assessed in the Report.
The Report which was published on 20th February 2023, also ranked uab bank No. 2 amongst 271 Myanmar companies that were reviewed.
The 2022 Report is the 7th in a series of annual reports published by the Myanmar Center for Responsible Business. The Myanmar Centre for Responsible Business is an initiative to encourage responsible business activities throughout Myanmar and issued its 1st Report in 2014.
The report uses criteria aligned with the emerging corporate governance agenda in Myanmar, and specifically the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard.
