Looking for 2 Sr. Managers and 1 Manager – Loan Recovery Operations Team (Yangon). Candidates must be able to work independently and under pressure.
Job Description
To effectively manage the assigned NPL portfolio to meet the predetermined recovery targets, provision and interest in suspense recovery. Ability to also negotiate through any restructuring of Corporate & Enterprise accounts and to propose such plans for management consideration.
Key Responsibility
To effectively manage the assigned NPL portfolio to meet the predetermined recovery targets, provision and interest in suspense recovery.
Strategy and Planning
- Devise repayment/recovery strategies and recommend action remedies for the assigned NPLs.
- Organize and plan the timely submission of credit reports.
- Assessing both Corporate & Enterprise Accounts and attend creditors meeting/Scheme Meeting to access viability of any restructuring proposal.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree/Prior experience in Recovery work with bank handling a diverse portfolio (Preferably Corporate)********
- Minimum of 3 & above years’ experience at a financial institution.
- Good business and credit sense
- Familiarity in the process of liquidation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong writing and speaking ability in English and Myanmar
