Job Descriptions
- To gather, validate, and document various system information and requirements.
- To carry out in-depth evaluation and verification of the system capabilities.
- To act as the intermediary between end-users and software developers.
- To check and analyse derived requirements that meet the users’ requests.
- To contribute to the development of test plans and test scripts as well as performing test execution as required.
- To ensure that the appropriate infrastructure elements, such as documents, policy documents, user manuals, etc., are up to date and readily available.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (Also welcome Fresh Graduates).
- Basic software knowledge and skills
- Basic knowledge of a programming language
- Understanding of databases
- Process modeling
- Written and oral communication abilities
- Good interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
