Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and budget variances, to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with finance Performance Management & Analysis teams to identify trends, forecast financial performance, and contribute to strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Extract, clean, and manipulate financial data using SQL, Excel, or other relevant tools for analysis such as Power BI.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate financial insights to key stakeholders.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and financial impact assessments for proposed initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within financial databases and reporting systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst within a banking or financial services setting.
- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools; Power BI; familiarity with banking software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Understanding of banking operations, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
