Analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and budget variances, to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
Collaborate with finance Performance Management & Analysis teams to identify trends, forecast financial performance, and contribute to strategic planning.
Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Extract, clean, and manipulate financial data using SQL, Excel, or other relevant tools for analysis such as Power BI.
Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate financial insights to key stakeholders.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses and financial impact assessments for proposed initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within financial databases and reporting systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst within a banking or financial services setting.
Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools; Power BI; familiarity with banking software is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Understanding of banking operations, processes, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
