With its on-going expansion, uab bank seeks for talented Branch managers to manage its branches throughout the country. The successful candidate will be required to be committed to meet Sale targets, ensure customer satisfaction and create a positive environment for staff to maximize their potential.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service branch office, including lending, product sales and customer service in accordance with the Bank’s objective
- Supervise the Service Operations Manager in the operational duties in the Branch
- Provision of a superior level of customer relations and promotion of the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation
- Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationship
- Weekly/monthly reviews for outbound and as well as for inbound sales
- Prepare and review activity calendar of outbound activities for Branch sales staff
- Conduct morning huddles to discuss plan and agenda for employees
- Maintain customer relationship through sourcing and on-boarding process
- Monitor Daily Sales report on a regular basis and manage leads
- Brief employees on their role and expectations from them and provide feedback
Requirement
- Minimum 6 years+ bank branch experience
- Good interpersonal skills and enjoy people handling
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Strong ethical background and honesty an important trait
- Expected to lead the branch sales team
- Strong network building ability
- Strong understanding of internal control at the branch
