Batch 2/ 2023 New Joiner Training Program
Our new joiner training program continued in February 2023 with 42 new joiners for Batch 2 of 2023. These new joiners were from Head Office and Yangon Branches who participated for a 2 week program. Simultaneously, a shorter session was held in Mandalay for 7 new joiners.
New joiner training is an important start in a new employee experience because it teaches new uabians about our values and purpose and builds a foundation to knowledge of the Bank’s products, processes and customer service standards.
