    Mr. Christopher Loh was appointed as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of uab bank in September 2017.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Prior to joining uab bank, he held several senior executive positions including the Group Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Executive of International Business and Deputy Group Chief Risk Officer at RHB Banking Group, and was a member of the Board of Directors at RHB Indochina Bank Limited, RHB Indochina Securities Limited and RHB Bank Lao Limited.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    He was also a partner and managing director with Accenture, a global management consulting firm where he worked with regional and global financial institutions across Asia-Pacific, United States and the United Kingdom to transform their business and risk capabilities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    After his stint with a leading UK banking group in London, he returned to Asia to help build and lead a very successful risk management practice where he was the Managing Director before his departure. He has also spent several years with a leading insurer in Singapore and had established and run a technology and media start up.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Guided by his strong vision in Leading Change<\/strong> and Humanising Banking<\/strong>, he has driven uab bank to be one of the top banks in Myanmar. uab bank is named Myanmar\u2019s Best Bank 2019 by Euromoney, Domestic Retail Bank of The Year 2019 by Asian Banking & Finance and recognised as the most transparent bank in Myanmar by Myanmar Centre for Responsible Business (MCRB) in the 2019 Pwint Thit Sa (TiME) Report. Further, he spearheaded the rebranding of the bank, completely overhauling the brand identity, purpose and the move to an award winning new head office \u2013 uab Tower @ Times City, one of the most prestigious address in the heart of Yangon.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
